There is a sign in screen which cuts down on queues and there are generally two receptionists. Appointments and repeat prescription requests can be made online. The GPs and nurses are helpful and competent. The only problem I've had is parking nearby.

all the staff make you feel welcome and seem interested in you. I could find nothing to
be critical about and my own G.P Dr F Shamshad is a very good and caring man.

Excellent care and consideration from doctor.
Difficulty in arranging dates for visits.
Using online service but free slots are hard to find.

All the doctors and nurses at the practice are sympathetic for your needs, helpful and I always receive a friendly service.
